Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of AyO services operated by AyO Sports Talent Ecosystem LLC. By using AyO, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use AyO only as permitted by law. Users under 13 may participate only through an authorized Guardian-managed experience where available. A Guardian represents that they are authorized to act for the young athlete.
2. Appropriate use
AyO is a platform for football identity, development, discovery, support, and opportunities. You may not impersonate others, misrepresent credentials, harass or exploit users, solicit minors improperly, scrape data, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use AyO for fraud, gambling, discrimination, or unauthorized commercial activity.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant AyO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, and show that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the AyO service according to your settings and permissions. You must have the rights and consents required to submit content, especially content involving minors.
4. Safety and moderation
We may review, restrict, remove, preserve, or report content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Verification does not guarantee a person's identity, qualifications, conduct, or the quality or legitimacy of an opportunity.
5. Opportunities and third parties
AyO helps users discover and connect but is not an employer, agent, club, academy, scout, or guarantor of any opportunity unless expressly stated. Users are responsible for evaluating third parties, opportunities, travel, fees, and agreements. Third-party services have their own terms.
6. Service availability
AyO may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta features. The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise selection, recruitment, scholarships, contracts, exposure, or sporting results.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AyO at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or material harm to AyO or others. Certain provisions survive termination, including rights relating to content already shared, safety records, liability, and disputes.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for user conduct and third-party opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
